Use of Our Website
By accessing and using this website, you agree to these terms. You may use our website to browse available puppies, read our blog and breed guides, submit a Puppy Adoption Application, and learn about our practices. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, submitting false information on an application, or using content from our site without permission. All puppy photos, descriptions, and health records are the property of Boo Paws Home.
Puppy Availability & Adoption Fees
All puppy listings, availability, and adoption fees are subject to change without notice. A puppy is not reserved until the reservation process is completed and confirmed by Boo Paws Home in writing.
Adoption fees vary by breed, generation, and individual puppy. The fee listed on each puppy's profile is the total adoption fee, disclosed in full before any payment is made. We never add surprise costs at pickup. What you see on the profile is what you pay.
Each adoption fee includes: age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a nose-to-tail veterinary health examination, complete health records, microchipping, and our written lifetime health guarantee. Travel and delivery, if needed, are quoted separately and agreed in writing before reservation.
Reservation & Payment
Once your application is approved and you have chosen a puppy, we hold that puppy for you through the reservation process. A reservation is confirmed when we have received your reservation deposit and sent you written confirmation. Until that moment, the puppy remains available to other families.
Payment methods and deposit amounts are shared during the application process. The deposit is applied toward your total adoption fee. If you change your mind before the reservation is confirmed, the deposit may be refundable at our discretion. After confirmation, the adoption fee is due as outlined in your adoption agreement.
Adoption Applications
Submission of an adoption or guardian application does not guarantee approval. We review every application carefully and reserve the right to approve or decline based on the best interests of our puppies and dogs. This is not a judgment of your family; it is a matching process. If a puppy is not the right fit, we will tell you honestly and help you find a better match, whether with us or elsewhere.
Health Guarantee
Every Boo Paws Home puppy comes with a written lifetime health guarantee covering congenital and genetic conditions. The full terms, covered conditions, and claim windows are set out in your adoption agreement, which we share before you commit.
We ask that you have your puppy examined by your own veterinarian within the first week home. If a health concern is identified, contact us right away. We will guide you through next steps, coordinate with your veterinarian, and honor the terms of the guarantee. You are never alone in this journey.
Travel & Delivery
If you choose delivery rather than local pickup, travel costs are quoted in writing before you reserve and are never added as a surprise. Your puppy travels with a chaperone or flight nanny, never as cargo. We share the full itinerary before departure. Local pickup is always available by appointment and is always free.
Returns & Rehoming
If, at any point in your dog's life, you are unable to continue caring for them, we ask that you contact us first. We will help you find a solution, whether that means support, guidance, or taking the dog back into our program. We never want one of our puppies to end up in a shelter. This commitment is part of every adoption agreement and lasts for the life of your companion.
Limitation of Liability
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings, breed descriptions, and health information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant the completeness of all content. Puppy photos and descriptions are provided in good faith. Individual puppies may vary in appearance, size, and temperament as they grow. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from your use of this website or adoption of a puppy through Boo Paws Home are governed by the laws of the United States. We will always try to resolve concerns through honest conversation first.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
