Reservation
Once you have chosen, we confirm availability and hold your puppy with a reservation. Adoption fees, timelines and what is included are put in writing before you pay anything.
Vet Verification Check
Your puppy receives a final nose-to-tail examination by a licensed veterinarian and we send you the completed health record. No puppy advances without passing this check.
Travel / Chaperone Coordination
Choose local pickup, a ground chaperone or a flight nanny. We book the journey, share the itinerary in advance, and a person stays with your puppy the entire way.
Final Delivery
You meet your puppy in person, complete the final paperwork, and take them home. Our support continues after that, for the full life of your companion.
